Glow Face Yoga is more than just anti-aging techniques, it goes deeper than just our skin, deep into our nervous system, which affects our body and mind. We believe to achieve optimal results, whether that is enjoying a more toned rejuvenated appearance, a slimmer or firmer face, reduced pain and muscle tension or simply feeling more confident in your own skin, a holistic natural approach works best. This is why at Glow Face Yoga, we address the mind, body and spirit.
Our wrinkles reveal our way of thinking. Negative thoughts i.e. worry, fear, anger and sadness are more likely to mark the face with lines and wrinkles than expressions of happiness. We use Emotional Freedom Technique (aka tapping), breathing practices and carefully designed meditations, to address negative emotions and thought patterns that can keep you stuck in a state of fight or flight, which produces harmful stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol, which can age the skin. Our techniques will teach you how how to relax your nervous systems and find overall balance, where healing and repair can then occur. And, then as if by magic, you will begin to see aesthetic changes in your face.

Classes and workshops
All our classes and workshops will make you feel like you have been on a spa retreat. This is a full hour of 'you time', leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed, with a youthful glowing appearance. Class themes will vary from beginning sessions, to those targeted at aging and menopausal skin, to working different areas of the face. All classes will help you achieve that no make-up glow 100% naturally.

A one hour 1-2-1 Face Yoga consultation focuses on your unique goals and issues. Tailored especially for you and your particular needs. Whether it is jaw pain/headaches, aging or menopausal skin, skin conditions i.e. rosacea, or medical conditions such as Bell's Palsy, you are trying to improve, we give you specific targeted tools and techniques you can take away and practise.

Anti-aging Face Yoga fundamentals mini course
This course will work all the areas of the face using exercises, massage and acupressure techniques. You will learn the principals of Face Yoga, helping you to smooth and firm your skin, strengthen muscles and release tension for a glowing, radiant appearance. At Glow we understand stress, thoughts and feelings all affect our skin. You will receive meditations and Tapping videos to help bring you back into balance, and feel the best version of you.
